At Just Leaks, Inc., we always make sure our licensing is up to date, our work is up to code, and our results are up to your standards.
We are authorized to perform roofing repair, maintenance, and installation throughout the state of California, and most often provide service locally to San Jose and the SF Bay Area. Our work is primarily commercial and industrial roofs since we do not specialize in residential properties. Just Leaks, Incorporated is licensed with the California State License Board under Number 712805 as a California State Corporation as of 1995. Our license holds two classifications, both “B” General Building Contractor and “C39” Roofing Specialty. Our licensing allows us to perform operations such as new roof drain installations or structural work “in house” without the complexity of involving additional contractors. Since we are bonded, insured, and licensed by the California State License Board, our employees are enrolled in an ongoing safety program.
